Can I combine multiple service offers or “stack” coupons?
Typically, service specials and coupons cannot be combined on a single repair order. Unless an offer explicitly states that it can be used alongside other discounts, you will need to choose the single coupon that provides the best value for your current maintenance visit.
How do the expiration dates on service specials work?
Our service offers rotate frequently to provide the best seasonal value. The expiration date is clearly noted on each individual special. To redeem an offer, your vehicle’s service order must be written up by a service advisor before the close of business on the listed expiration date.
Are these specials valid for all makes and models?
While our certified technicians can service most makes and models, certain specials are specifically tailored to Dodge and Ram vehicles. Additionally, some offers may exclude specialized vehicles (such as diesel trucks, heavy-duty commercial vans, or high-performance SRT models) due to different oil capacity or parts requirements. Please review the details on the specific offer or contact our service drive to verify your vehicle’s eligibility.
Do I need to print the coupon, or can I show it on my phone?
We want to make the process as easy as possible. You can either print the offer at home or simply present the digital coupon on your smartphone to your service advisor. Please ensure you present the offer at the time of your service write-up, prior to the final invoice being generated.
Does a service special guarantee the final price?
The prices listed on our specials cover the specific services detailed in the offer. Shop supplies, hazardous waste disposal fees, and local taxes are generally not included in the advertised price. If our technicians discover that additional parts or labor are required beyond the scope of the coupon, your advisor will always provide a detailed estimate for your approval before any extra work begins.
