Everything was absolutely perfect. All my needs or satisfied and the transaction was extremely smooth. I recommend anybody going to them if they’re looking for any type of vehicle they sell.
Got a quote to have Fuel filter replaced and I paid 50 dollars more than the quote. Asked if I wanted my truck washed and said yes, truck was returned not washed. Left message to rotate tires, tech never looked at phone to get message.

We recently purchased an incredibly expensive vehicle from Towbin. I asked several questions where I was told that the person I was talking to didn’t know the answer, but the next person would. The vehicle was used and I asked if there were two keys. The salesman said he did not know, but would find out and didn’t tell us there was only one key until we completed our purchase and then, it was too late to bargain for the second key. Had the most amazing experience buying my 2025 dodge durango!! Our sales lady coco shannnell and our sales manager were amazing and did everything possible to get us in this vehicle!! This is our second time buying from towbin and I will not go anywhere else ever in Vegas to buy another vehicle!!

This is the WORST dealership to purchase a vehicle. I purchase a vehicle drove off the lot10 minutes later check engine took it back to the dealership took them 5 days to check what was wrong they told me they was sending the car to the actions the car had a lot of issues it costed to much money to fix they wouldn't give me another vehicle so the outcome was they sold me a piece of garage. Had some major issues with my 2020 Ram 2500 , and it needed a new motor and the extended warranty people didn’t want to covers it at first but Oscar the service manger went to bat for me and convinced them to take care of it and now I have a new motor !!!

Beware of Hidden “Extras”
Towbin Dodge reinforced every negative stereotype about car dealerships and used car salesmen there is.
From the beginning, they tacked on a number of “extras” like window tint, GPS, and a clear bra — none of which I asked for. The worst part? The clear bra was clearly old, yellowed, and obviously from the previous owner. When I pointed this out, they refused to remove the $899 cost and only offered a small discount to repair the damaged portioned

Worked a deal with Towbin dodge over the phone because I’m from out of state. Salesman was very dishonest. We had agreed on an out the door price. I wanted this locked in before they ran my credit. I was quoted an out the door price that I was ok with, so I let them run my credit. Andrea was very prompt and professional. He quickly found out the issue with my vehicle and I was in and out the same day . I was really nervous that I wouldn’t have my car back for a few days but he assured me he would take care of it and stuck to his word.
They sold me a lemon; truck broke down before my first payment, no help whatsoever.

The salesman Chris Alexander told us he sold the vehicle we had an appointment to come in and sign for. We then told him we were not interested in any other vehicles and not to run our credit. He called 2 days later and we told him AGAIN we were not interested. He then RAN OUR CREDIT after being told not to AND when we were not applying for a loan any longer! This is a predatory lending practice and unacceptable!
The employees are always kind and patient. The facility is clean. I've had good experiences with sales, parts, and service.

Freddy at finance at towbin dodge was extremely helpful. He explained everything to us and went in depth of everything. He also wa great to talk to. He and my husband got a little sidetrack and they would be there all night talking about cars if they could.
Hey, these guys cover all the bases. They are friendly, reasonable, and get the job done ina timely, professional manner. I don't typically like going to auto dealerships because they are all the same and very predictable, and while Towing follows the template every other dealership follows, they go about it with a little more personality.
Chef Fred cooked us up a great deal on a used GMC Acadia. His manager Vance was great also and they did not pressure us into making the sale. The only thing I had issue with was that we purchased a "Desert Package" that included clear coat and window tint. When I took the car in for tinting, they only did the front windows, claiming that the privacy glass in the back was tinted also, which was totally incorrect. To get proper heat reflective tinting now, I'll have to take it to another place.

I was on a road trip cross county (stating in St. Louis) in my 2024 Ram 2500 with the Cummings engine. They are number 1 for a reason. Professional, and don’t treat their customers like mere cash cows, are skilled in auto tech and mechanics and don't do kindergarten stuff like forget to clean up the excess oil after an oil change. My vehicles are taken care of at Towbin.
