I just wanted to send you an email commending your staff.  I am a Telemarketing/Business Consultant from NY and moved out to Vegas in June. I have leased about 7 vehicles in the last 10 years.  After a while I got so annoyed with the dealerships on Long Island that I hired a lease broker for my vehicles.  Over the years I have become a big Mopar fan and have collected some classics.  I currently have a 2008 Challenger SRT-8.  So, coming out here, I decided to take a look at the new Durango at Towbin Dodge.
 
Your staff from the original Salesperson, Pete Bossy right down the line to Prem and Rennie, are just a great bunch of guys?Lois in Customer Service, Rick in Service as well as your staff at Reception have all been great.  My leasing experience at Towbin Dodge has been pleasurable and smooth?for the first time.
 
I know now why you have the number one Dodge dealership in the nation.

my husband and daughter recently bought a 2006 sebring convertible from him. it her first car and first time going through the process of buying a car. thanks to chez, he made it an exceptionally great experience for her. he should be considered a valued employee. he went above and beyond to make sure her car was in tip-top shape for her,(she goes to college in reno). he make sure the car was in excellent driving condition and perfectly clean.

Hi Krissey,

You and Towbin are just WONDERFUL! I want to say "Thank You" for your help in securing a vehicle to pull the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority inc. Theta Theta Theta Omega Chapter float in the Dr. Marting Luther King parade yesterday.

My experience while buying my was by far the best. Towbin has a great staff overall. My salesman Jerald Henry is great and I will refer him to all my family and friends. He listened to all my needs and made my experience buying my car on my own for the first time, one with comfort and ease. Krissey McGee in your Customer Service department is by far top notch. I'm impressed with her kind appeal that makes people feel at ease. These are the type of people who make a difference in a company. Thers is something very special about being surrounded by an amazing group of people that are whole -heartededly dedicated to helping people. All your staff including Joe P  and Steve M in finance were amazing as well. The owners of Towbin should be proud and honored to have such dedicated employees that take such pride in what they do.

Rennie ? Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our truck (Big Red)!!! We will be going on a long road trip (19 hrs one way) to Idaho soon for salmon fishing and I know it will be sooooo comfortable and fun to travel in. My only problem is that Steve wants to drive it too and I don't want to let him (kidding).
